please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

Large Everards community pub situated on a bank overlooking a road to the north of Kettering. Clearly a local favourite stocking 4 Everard's ales - Tiger, Sunchaser, Beacon & Single Hop IPA. I believe they normally have a cider too. But this was off on my visit. There are better pubs in the town.

I travelled all the way from South Australia to visit the Beeswing! Because my cousins Jim and Diana own and run this pub does not mean I am in any way biased. I'm an old barmaid from way back and I can't stand bad service - The Beeswing was a warm and welcoming extablishment - friendly, efficient staff, the best carvery I've ever had ( the Brit's like their gravy don't they??) and Karaoke night rocked - even I got up and sang (poor customers!) Jim is a natural entertainer and an excellent and fun host - I had an absolute ball on several occasions and I can't wait to go back. Thanks to all you friendly, fun people who made my stay so memorable. Good Everards estates pub - clean, family atmosphere, decent Beacon, though not a patch on the pubs they've helped finance elsewhere (Titanic, Dead Poets).

Landlord Jim is a Legend. Karaoke on a Thursday is the highlight of the week.
