A small bar with no cask ale but a selection of lagers and bottled beers. A pool table in the back out of the way of the main bar. TV screens are unobtrusive as well which is good - this is not a 'sports bar'. Has karaoke on Thursday nights which was fun and attracted some good singers. I will go back for the Karaoke.

Now under new management and is called Centrals Bar and Lounge.

New manager called Steve.

I popped in today and was impressed with the wide range of lagers including Asahi and Oranjeboom. Only ale was Spitfire.

Seems an improvement on the old Caz bar and is I will revisit.

A Footie, Fifteen Fosters and Frow Up kind of place. Not to everyones taste, but if youre over 18, your IQs under 18 and you love sound of your own voice, this is a suitable venue to drink the child benefit and jobseekers allowance.

Its very good for live football.
The pool table is good too.
the smokers corner is good.
they serve the best beer, peroni.

the only thing bad about this bar is that carey (owner) has let his standards slip in hiring the barmaids......could get rid of that grolsch as well.

apart from that i highly rate this bar

Great venue, sports coverage is superb, great variety of DJ's and the quiz and Karoke nights are a riot.Seems to be attracting more and more fit ladies with every weekend and the Happy hour from 12 -7 makes it a great starting point for any night out!!!

Best by far of a ropey bunch of boozers on Worcester Park Highstreet, Good friendly atmos and none of the general thuggery associated with some of Worcester Parks more seedy venues. A great cellar and good bottled beer selection for those who enjoy paying full price for half a pint.
Great sport coverage and plenty of screens so you are never far from the action or unsighted. Will be the best venue for World Cup based on previous years experience

The girls of the bar are fantastic, they work their tits off on game days but always seem to be cheerful. A good range of beers, wines and bottled drinks. It may get crowded from time to time but that's what happens when you drink in the best place in Worcester Park. The variety of Dj's provide fantastic music for every taste. TOP BAR!!!!!

hot, overcrowded, and somkey on matchdays, all barmaids are fit as fcuk, manager needs to sort out his mullet though.good afternoon pub, evenings are a bit pony though, with film nights, and when the dj spins some vinyl i have to check my ethnic background, and see that i am still white, surrounded by whites, in surrey
did i mention that the bar maids are hot, mmmm....

Quality bar the majority of the time, though the rampant support for "The F**king Chelse!" (aka Chelsea FC) on a saturday will drive you to despair if you aren't a Blue. The staff are decent, the beer is fine and the addition of a new dartboard is only a good thing.
They should bring back the quiz though - that was the absolute nuts in its heyday (I remember the quizmaster being a drunken genius when it came to "Play Your Cards Right").

great little bar especially on saturdays when the live premiership is on, can get a ridiculously packed though - probably bordering on the illegal....!

MANAGERS COMMENT: I can confirm that Stella is NOT sold on draft and have had no complaints from staff regarding rude or suggestive remarks.
Carey - 30 Sep 2004 15:02
TJ buddy.....have you actually been inside? They don't sell Stella on draft so I find it hard to believe it would be the best seller!!
Nat - 29 Sep 2004 17:04
Full of men who spend the whole making suggestive, sexist remarks to the girls behind the bar! Come on grow up!!! Just lager, lager and more lager sold here. Biggest seller is the Stella - need I say anything more???
TJ - 23 Sep 2004 16:51
Beer good, popular during football. Wont appeal to everybody but hey its beer your after!
Geoff - 5 Jul 2004 17:34
Beer is always excellent due to short pipe runs!

Good bar.

Superb place to watch the footy. Happy hour until 8 on weekdays. Nice.
Ken - 19 Feb 2004 16:50
Top place on Saturdays as they have C+ and show live premiership games. gets bloody busy though
anonymous - 11 Jul 2003 14:27
