On the odd occasion I have visited this pub and Iiked it, and it's one of those that you always mean to visit again, but don't. It would appear that too many people have had similar experiences, and maybe this is why the place closed. This is a shame, as I have seen it go through many transformations. Sadly, the final one is likely to be umpteen residences.

This is a chinese resaurant and a pub. Good Timmy Taylor Landlord, friendly locals and staff. I wonder what was going through the owner's mind as he carried a bottle of vinegar to a couple who had ordered fish and chips?!
The authentic menu looks inviting.
