This pub had a licence. It was all above board. The pool table was always being broken so if you got the blame, never mind.

Bring back the Coach!!!

Kevin, Walthamstow need you!! :)

went there when it first opened, went to play pool but the table was broken, I got the blame for it, but after explaining that I was the one that reported it and I had just entered the pub, the owner (I think) just gave me a bad look and walked away, no apology or anything!! Me and my girlfriend just drank up our drinks and left! I was under the impression that this pub was sold by Enterprise to Admerals for redevelopment into something other than a pub. I know Enterprise sold it without a drinks licence......they must have got one since then as it was trading....I should hope so...

I went into this pub for a quick drink from my *was then* Local opposit. Since I have been there once it's now become my Local on a regular Basis. The new boss is called Kevin he's a really nice bloke. I knew most of the locals before I went in there anyway because I live in Walthamstow but even the odd people who pop in for a quick pint are nice. I've never seen any trouble in there. It's a large pub and yes the drinks are cheap...but thats a good thing.

Pub now a lot more welcoming than before. Interesting mix of locals who make everyone feel welcome. The beer is cheap but this doesn't seem to cause any problems. Kevin, the new manager, is a real character & knows what he is about. In my view one of the better pubs in the area for a lone female to enter. The disco's on Friday nights are a hoot & the jazz evenings are taking off.

Newly reopened and I quite liked it. A mix of drinkers, pretty cheap, a fair bit of space and Arab TV for the football.

Wasn't pleasant before it was boarded up and re-opened. Looks a little better now - I'll venture back in one of these days to find out.

Went to this place a while ago and I left most of my drink there, horrible place.

This pub used to be a kicking place to start off a Friday or Saturday night. Now it's old and tired; much like most of it's punters these days. I've used it on and off for 20 years and the wallpaper, carpet and fruit machine are still the same. One for the locals.
