Second visit in a month, on FA duties. Quiet the first time but full of away team supporters on the second. Good selection of ales - eight in total, bat staff working well under pressure. Some of the ales were Fullers Pride, TT Landlord, Oakham Citra, Bass, Thwaites Wainwright.

As per the previous posters. Fantastic pub with extremely well kept ales. Visited Saturday and will be back again, traditional pub with around 6 handpumps and some old pub games. 2 rooms with a small area at the back. Friendly landlady

What a great find near ikea, good beer and a friendly welcome. A punch pub but not too bad because there is a great landlady at work here. Knowledgeable and hard working. I shall be back, almost makes a trip to IKEA a pleasure!

Very impressed. Good interesting selection of ales rather than the tired old Greene King stable you get elsewhere round here. Very quiet on a Saturday afternoon - pleasant pub.

Brilliant pub, approx 5 miles off the M1 and on direct Nottingham-Eastwood bus route (behind Kimberley Town FC)

Excellent pint of Copper Dragon and huge rolls also on sale. I will be visiting again when needing a pit stop.

One of the better pubs we visited in Nottinghamshire this weekend. Adnams Bitter, Marstons Pedigree, Batemans XB and Kelham Island Easy Rider were on offer. The lounge is on the left as you enter, with the bar on the right. The latter has table skittles roughly in the centre. A beer festival was advertised for 3 weeks time. My only criticism was that it lacked a little bit of atmosphere. Music was playing. But with only 2 other people in the bar, it was very quiet.

Best (and only non-Greene King) pub in the village. Coincidence? You decide.
Always a good choice of beer, well kept, friendly staff, good company.

Great 2 room pub on edge of Kimberley.

A decent pint of Pedigree and 1 or 2 guest ales can be had here.
