The Silk Mercer is Devizes' branch of Wetherspoons. It's a typical 'spoons open-plan... Popped in here in a hurry - without sounding pompous, I wouldn't usually frequent such... I have to agree with a lot of what TWG says. This is a good boozer with Hop Back beers... Ignoring the seemingly infamous large male chicken next door, which was worryingly...
