| Ember Inns establishment near the centre of Astley. It has the typical Ember Inns layout inside. But most people appeared to be sat outside on a grassy area. | A comfortable pub if you can get a seat, good range of ales, cheap but not usually well kept. Young bar staff, short measures. Good outdoor beer gardens with heated smokers corners, although smokers spoil general seating area with dimps which rarely get cleared. Food is shocking. Really bad frozen microwave type, cheap deals before five. Busy with the young crowd on weekends and in summer.
