Hard one to call, they seemed to get rid of a lot of the prats but now half of them seem to be back. I know this is a hard pub to run but I think they will have to lot firmer with people. I was in the other day and some geezer was asked to leave about 20 times and when I left about an hour later he was still there. Out has got to be out and now, not when the idiot feels like. Pub is now in the balance, could go either way.

I was optimistic when the girl from the Eddie took over this place that it would work. For a few weeks probably months there was a marked improvement. Lot of the half wit chavs were slung out and things got much better. I was in last weekend and it seems all the riff raff who were barred are back again. I was outside having a fag and all the conversations were about stabbing someone with a screwdriver and punching peoples lights out. I didnt actually see any trouble but it felt that it was never far off. This could be a real good pub but I think the management has got to be a bit tougher with the tossers and when they bar them do it for a long time, like forever would be good. Good pub to see music but watch your back.

I've been going to the boundary since Lou took it over in december and cannot recommend it highly enough! excellent sunday lunch, the real ale is kept well (I've been a camra member for 12 years and i know the difference!), friendy staff and decent events/bands! also over 3,500 raised for charity this year by the regulars!

I know the pub has a reputation,(more than 5 different landlords in 2 years before Lou took it over) but she knows how to run a pub and many bikers drink there now and this has helped calm down the chav element, some "chav" like folks drink there but they're the decent sort and are not the kind of folks to start trouble!

If you're in norwich come and visit, you'll be made welcome!
