| Now doubled in size - apparently Spoons spent £4 million on it. The beer range seems to have increased as well, and the staff look and act smart and professional. Now better, in my opinion, than the other Spoon opposite the station. beerpilgrim - 1 Oct 2015 16:28 |
| Has there been a change of management here recently ? Been coming here for years mostly with my dog. Its quite pleasant to sit out the back and have a couple of beers and a meal. Range of beers was rather pitiful yesterday with only really Young's and Snecklifter of any note. Both were really too cold for me. | Only one guest ale of note amongst the usual dross. On the hand, the cider festival was well supported with six boxes on show in the cabinet at any one time. Clean toilets, no sticky tables.
