| a recent visit to Oban confirmed this pub is now closed and boarded up. This was a fine example of a traditional seaport bar. I can only hope it will returned to its former state at some point. reynard - 27 Apr 2009 13:45 |
| Always visit when on holiday in Oban, but was disappointed in the beer quality this time. It seems that when nearing the bottom of the barrel the staff move it to let more beer through leaving it cloudy and not too pleasant to drink. Shame.
