| The Royal Standard is situated a stone's throw from Wandsworth Town station. It's a corner pub at the bottom of a terraced street. It had quite a modern feel. But it's only a small affair with toilets upstairs. There are 2 handpulls. But only 1 was in use - Reigate Pilgrim Progress. | Pub 5 of the crawl. £14.00 for 4 pints Of Timothy Taylor which went down very well. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff & clientele. A pleasant surprise for the night. | Was invited down to the pub with a few friends last Saturday night and I must say what a little gem they had 2 real ales on , one locally brewed called wandle if I remember rightly. The place had a great atmosphere and all the locals seemed friendly ,guiness good ,staff had some personality which seems to be lacking in most pubs nowadays.
