Over £4 for a pint of Jennings Sneck Lifter was a bit of a shock but not enough to put me off having more than one. Not everywhere serves food on a Sunday night in Haworth hence our visit here - have to say I wasn't expecting it to be quite so busy but that didn't affect the service which was spot on. Pub is big enough to accommodate drinkers and diners.

Re-visited this pub again and everything was perfect. Great big fire going ,nice atmosphere and good ales. Four of us had food and the deserts were very tasty. It was a lot more crowded than last time, but service was still good.Definitely one to visit if you pass this way.

Big pub, extensive menu, OK wine list (first 2 choices were off!). 2 guests (1 ran out while I was there, not replaced) and Jennings. Didn't really experience pub side of things as I spent all night in restaurant, but quiz was popular, and unusually wasn't overbearing for rest of pub. If you like large pubs with a trad feel then this is a good choice.

cracking big pub with brilliant decor and a real log fire for keeping warm on a cold winters day.
I dropped in just after 8.30pm on a wednesday (fish night which i didn't know about will be visiting soon for that) the bar staff seemed happy to be there and to say it was rather busy i got served with a pint of real ale nice and quickly, they had 6 real ales on and what looked like some interesting guest ales to come. The beers are a good price and tasted very crisp and fresh, the pubs atmosphere was a happy one and i did notice a very nice entiseing cooking smell upon entering.
will be visiting again soon
