Great pub this one. A Marstons house, usually three real ales on. Comfortable corner pub on edge of the town center, not too far to walk from Crewe station and also on main bus route. Live Football, pool table etc. Worth a visit.

One of the best pubs in the area for beer and lite snacks. The Landlord and staff are verry helpfull and friendly. Well woth a vist any day of the week. Pool Table, Dart Board, Wii Console and a verry lovely beer yard and garden. Sometimes have BBQs on depending on weather. Most Prem and Champions League games on. Games advertised on signs outside or nip in and ask staff.

The review below is spot on. The Duke may well be my favourite pub in Crewe. The beer is always good quality and a great price. Friendly staff and regulars (a rarity in Crewe, I'm sad to say).

This pub has just had a complete refurbishment inside and out.The staff and landlord are decent folk, and by my viewing the last few weeks the client base they are bring in to this pub now are law abiding decent folk.you can tell the differents, no baseball caps/tracksuit bottoms here anymore, there long gone.On top of that 10/10 top class real ale,it is a pleasure to drink it,give it ago you'll see,pedigree/cumberland.

We have now re-opened after a refurbishment, pub looks fantastic and will be having poker, wii tournaments and a pub quiz plus much more.
We want people to return to the pub so we can move away from it's recent troubled past. Come and have a look.
