Come on Maidstone - this boozer is worth a lot more than its 6.2 rating. Excellent beer, friendly knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. Quirky interior too, for those who like quirky. Worth at least an 8

Excellent quality, locally produced beers and a warm welcome with a discount for CAMRA members. Not as small as it looks. The downstairs bar is a bit snug but upstairs there are a couple of comfortable, larger rooms.

Interesting looking pub on a one way system around Maidstone. Small but comfortable.

Keen staff offering 4 ales usually all from Kent and good quality.

Worth visiting if in the area.

Under new management this pub is all scrubbed up and fixed up now, 'The Pig' is serving 4 ales, one cider and one lager all locally produced, plus house doubles and a good selection of mainstream brands. The pool table has gone but the varied jukebox remains. The friendly locals make this pub very special.

A good afternoon visit provided 4 good quality ales including westerhams 1965 and incubus from hopdaemon. friendly regulars and staff make for a pleasant time with one of the most varied jukeboxs around!
