| Last time I looked it had closed down and boarded up I started going in there in the early 70s and it was the place to be everyone went in the greyhound, swan, mooro's, bakers arms the Berford and then the two puddings and ended up at the snobs what a brill weekend, every weekend, no trouble no fights (well not in the pub they mostly took them outside) and everybody knew everybody it was so safe! | I was a regular here back in the 80s. Great atmosphere in Public Bar, darts and pool team - never any trouble but lots of fun. Highlight would be when Brian the landlord would ask if anyone wanted afters and stay for a game of killer pool!! Great days! Giving it a rating of 10 for what it WAS like...don't know now.
