Called Dr M'Gonicles, a very cheap pub. With lager from 2-2.50 (for Kronenbourg as well). It's a reasonably big place with a long u-shaped bars. Quite busy when I was in on Friday afternoon. Music was on and the tellies were showing the horses. The ale on was Cameron's Strongarm, very well kept and only 1.60, nice beer as well. It's a bit rough and ready but it was clean and the locals seemed friendly and having a good time, the bar staff were friendly as well. Worth a visit if around Stockton.

during the day this pub is always full of jolly friendly happy customers. The drinks are very cheap, if not the cheapest in stockton, good value for your money and not a bad pint. The staff behind the bar were very helpful and friendly and served with a smile.
The weekend has a great dj on playing a veriaty of music, and really living the place up by using the mike to play games and talk to the customers. The doormen where aprochable and friendly, and it was a very good night out.
Wednesday nights have kareoke till 11 then music till late, the drinks were still very cheap. All in all a very good pub, i recomend. The pub does have problems but I was assured by the manager they would be sorted in the near future.

This is definitely one for the hardened all day drinker. Cheep well, very cheep poor quality beer and lager and a dirty soiled environment frequented by the dregs of Stockton. Not recommended for anyone in clean clothes who likes good company and a decent pint

Im not a nana but the music is way too LOUD ! you cant even hear yorself shout in there! There was a woman working the door - nice to see a female doorperson as sometimes the men are unapproachable

I visited here on Saturday 7th October. The toilets were a disgrace and were in need of urgent repairs.

Someone had been sick over the carpet in the main room.

I would not let my girlfriend use the toilets here and we left quickly. We will not return here.
