This place is now a pub-cum-pizzeria called the Winnicott. Very nice pint of Adnams Ghost Ship.

Give My Regards To.....The Old Justce

I visited the Old Justice in 1992 with my family.
It was rather difficult to find, but.....than I found
the place where Paul McCartney had a short
visit in 1984 in the movie 'Give My Regards To
Broadstreet' ! All along from Holland I came to
The Long And Winding Road to this venue !
Just to taste some of the atmosphere to join
Paul and the old man with the monkey for a cup
of tea....A Beatles pilgrim's venue in London
again !!!!

Excellent food. Korean fare to be proud of I'd say. Uninspiring electric tap beers and average lagers, but have to say...quirky in its nature and pleasing in the summer.

This pub is tucked away down a side street off Jamaica Rd leading down to the river. I thought that it was a small one-room pub, having not spotted the entrance to the back mentioned by Kake. Thus I didnt get to see the barbeque thingies set into the tables, also mentioned by Kake, but I will probably resist the temptation of a return for that dubious pleasure, having used the things on a trip to Korea many years ago. Anyway, the front bar is very gloomy, plain and unremarkable. The small bar counter sports the usual forest of fizzy beer dispensers, but no handpumps. There are a few tables and chairs on the patio area at the front of the pub, occupied by half a dozen American tourists who must have taken a wrong turning at Tower Bridge. This place has no redeeming features as far as I could see, and without any real ale on offer I doubt whether I shall be back.

Love the character & the bar staff are really friendly

This is run by Kim who is from Korea and he's doing a good job there.

Spicy pork with rice was fab & they have a great choice of bangers & mash

First impressions I was a little unsure, but look past the rough endges and you might see what I do.

A great little boozer
