Lovely building in the village centre.More a restraunt than pub. devondrinker - 17 May 2012 12:06
In many ways more a restaurant than a pub but a splendid interior. There is a good selection of real ales including Dark Star Hophead, Harveys Bitter and a beer from Langhams. Busy on a Saturday night and our party all thought the main courses were good although the vegetarian option was said to be a small portion. Rocky53 - 19 Apr 2012 10:44
I stopped at this pub for lunch today. I would not recommend this pub for walkers looking for a traditional pub lunch! They are an upmarket overpriced establishment. A smallish baguette will cost you nearly £7.00 and a very small plate of 'chunky' chips, which were not chunky, will cost you £2.25. That worked out at around 10p per chip!. The pint of beer that I also had was slightly cloudy although just about drinkable. robinh23 - 2 Jun 2011 17:41
Great pub. Good food. Good drink. Good management. James and Sarah are doing a wonderful job. Check it out. Jazz night once a month. Book early. Open 7 days a week now. hookpilot - 15 Apr 2011 23:12
Great pub, lots of character with large open fire. Combines a friendly place for a pint with a good place for a meal out. As others say - deserves to be busier but it is a bit off the beaten track in Graffham. Friendly locals and bar staff make you feel welcome. andy8 - 31 Dec 2010 16:26
