After years of wanting to visit this pub, I finally achieved it on Thursday 26/12/19!! I was not disappointed, it was just as I'd imagined. Just a quality 'drinking establishment'. It was actually larger than I thought as well!! The 'London Pride' was spot on!!! 9/10 from me!!!

Fullers pub with a couple of TV screens showing live football and rugby last night. The interior is nice enough. But the Fullers ales - London Pride, ESB, Oliver's Island, Wise Men & Seafarers (Gales) were a little underwhelming. There is no real cider either. I was only here to watch the football. So it served a purpose. But if in the area, I'd otherwise choose to spend my time in the Sussex Arms opposite instead.

Aaargh! What's happened to this place? Years ago you could have a reasonably quiet drink (apart from footy on the TV days). Went in last Saturday and there was a "band" playing excessively loudly. I couldn't have a conversation with my friends and the seating at the back of the pub has now been turned into a dining area so couldn't go there either. On the plus side the ESB was top notch although a bit pricy.

Nice traditional-ish pub a little way out of the centre - it's on the other corner of the Green from where the buses go. Had a pleasant drink here.

agree with last comment but by far best pub in Twickenham.
