| No visit to Phnom Penh is complete without a visit to this bar. Definitely an experience! I came here after drinking a fair amount elsewhere and proceded to drink a lot more once I arrived, so my memory is a tad hazy... Varied music, mixed clientele (make sure you don't insult/annoy/"look at in a funny way" any of the rich Khmer kids propping up the bar), hardly any westerners (at least when I was there), incredibly generous portions of spirits, lethal cocktails... It's all good. The name really does say it all, you do realise you are in post-Pol-Pot-new-money-anything-goes-Cambodia the moment you walk through the door, but it is an institution worth seeing.
