I work around the corner from this pub and it has been closed since 2008 at least.

I remember I went here for a work colleagues leaving do in December 1999. It still looked the same last time I was in there in July 2006. Nice pub though in the heart of the city. Can be very busy especially on a friday lunchtime.

Wow. Change from a fiver for a pint of lager and a pint of Guinness. Worth going here just for this astonishment factor alone. Nice to see pool tables in central London too. Service reminiscent of snails though which is a tad frustrating when youre on limited time. And then not even a smile when they did get to me. Tut tut.

Cracking pub, you couldn't want anything more. 2 pool tables, 2 darts board, friendly punters and manager Brian is a top bloke. Pub only closes early on a Monday/Tuesday when its quiet. Shows all live Sky TV events. Its my new local, and I love it!
