Still a top pub serving good food and good ales. Serving beer from the nearby Loddon brewery a definite plus point.

Large pub next to the station. Pride, Landlord and Hoppitt on offer yesterday - the latter was very good. Now open all day every day including from 0900 for breakfast!

Large garden, smallish but adequate bar area and large dining area.

Stopped here for a quick pint after finishing a section of the Thames Path. Pride, Landlord and Loddon Hoppit. Attractive pub, not too restaurant based. Decent garden, Hoppit was only 3.05 so not that expensive. Worth a visit and can be used as a waiting room for Shiplake station.

Fantastic pub. We were introduced to it a few years ago by a friend who was living in Henley and have been going regularly ever since.

Food is always superb, we are regulars for the set Sunday lunch - homemade yorkies with all the roast - what could be better than that! and in the summer they do great BBQ in the garden.

Staff are always really friendly and they have a great wine selection.

Defiantly worth a visit!!

We found it pleasant and welcoming. Decent ale at hefty prices. Very good food. Rowing memorabilia also feature.
