| My wife and I have been to this pub on several occasions and found the selection of beers to be good and the food tasty Its a sizzling pub so has a good menu and quality foods,even if the portions are a little small. | Took my Wife & two children here yesterday for our wedding aniversary meal took ages to arrive and when it did it had been cooked so long it was in-edible. Ended up going to the fish & chip shop. To make matters worse went there again today but only for a beer with a mate and the Butcombe was cloudy. This is the second time this has happened in a month. | my partner and i went to this pub last night we wasn't happy how long we had to wait for our meal-it took about an hour until we had our meal and they didn't say sorry or nothing about the delay. we will never visit there again. lizzylou21 - 9 Apr 2007 12:24 |
