Went in here on 15 November - one of the worst bars I've ever been to. Ignored by miserable looking barman for a few minutes, even then he didn't worry about saying please or thanks when he did eventually serve me. A group of loud businessmen were sitting by the bar, groping cackling women dressed as saucy French maids (given the baguette display in front of the bar - maybe there was a promotion on? God only knows what for. I wondered if I'd walked into a sleazy French-themed hostess bar.)

The pinnacle was paying over £4.25 for a pint of Becks. In central London most pubs aren't even at the £3.80 mark for the same product. I left shortly after, along with the two women on the table next to me who were frankly offended by the staff not stopping the offensive behaviour of the screeching businessmen. Their website boasts"Setting new standards in Chichester" - I think that's probably more accurate than Trents think!

Ordered a pint of Scrumpy Jack and nearly fell off my stool, not the cider but the 4.25 pricetag!! Shame cos apart from that it's a nice comfortable place to unwind, 5/10

Not great. Feels like it should be a nice place but there were the usual omnipresent gaggle of loudmouth yobbos when I called in. Neither fish nor foul and a bit pricey. Pointless.

Good sized pub right on the main High Street. Its a bit geared towards food with the majority of the tables being laid up for food even on a Sunday evening. Having said that, the food is very good and highly recommended, albeit a bit pricier that your usual pub grub. In fact its got that whole gastropub look to the place.

Staff are on the whole were very friendly and switched on, and theres a large, and popular, covered and heated patio at the rear. The accommodation is good too.

Unfortunately theres only one real ale on offer (Greene King IPA) and even that was off on a recent visit. Also just one cider, Scrumpy Jack.

This is another one thats tricky to mark. What it does, it does quite well and its a pleasant place, but this is BEER in the evening, and on that basis its difficult to award a good score for a place that only does one beer, even when its not off.

bit of a local chain pub gone wrong as it tries to be both starbucks, boozer and restaurant all in one. In fact it is trying to be an 'all bar one' but broadly disappoints. Really too much 1995 brown leather wooden floor chic gone tired and a tad overpriced for slug and lettuce style ambience
