| We were told that there was a great local pub in the village, unfortunately this was wildly wide of the mark. We went in through a very uninviting entrance, more like a front door on a private house. The staff were extremely hard to find and when we did it was as if we were invisible for 10 minutes until eventually we got "served". the decor would not be out of place in a trendy city wine bar. In my mind, definately NOT a country pub. No real bar area the tables were all dining tables even though many of the chairs were low armchair type seating. There was no sign of any raport with any locals, and unless you were eating virtually nowhere to sit down.
