| Friendly, down to earth pub. A little scruffy and basic, but nice friendly landlord. Only two beers on offer, IPA and Abbott, but the beers were well kept, and the place has bar billiards, and it was the start of the day so we were excited. | This is a nice country pub set in a village opposite a pretty church. The Sunday roasts are delicious and very good value for money, although the eating area is a bit cramped and they could do with rearranging the tables to make it more comfortable. Cheryl - 4 Apr 2006 11:45 |
