You can drink cocktails and play chess!! Breakfast is a bit meh. Having waiter service is a bit annoying for a drinking place.

Perfect for a social drink in comfortable and civilzed surroundings. Decent premium lagers available (I feel it necessary to mention lagers as most people who review on this site tend to believe that it isn't a pub without ale) and not as expensive as you expect with such a classy atmosphere. Professional and friendly staff. A winner.

I've been going to this bar since since it opened and it just improves. A great place for people who want to enjoy a civilized outing, daytime or evening. Not a boozer by any means but a place to relax in an eclectic ambiance with great food and nice organic wine at very reasonable price.Super fantastic!

Great atmosphere, friendly relaxed and sophisticated, and it seems to attract a lot of regulars. It is waitress serivice even to buy drinks which is a nice change from the usual scrabble at the bar in many other pubs. Also because it is sitting room only it does not get too crowded on a saturday night and it attracts a slightly older crowd who may want like me to escape from gangs of lads and laddettes getting loud and hammered . It is also a very nice place to chill out and people watch on a wet afternoon.
