| My last review was based on a visit in August '08 (and the eagle-eyed among you will realise that they'd renamed it the Ordnance - just so we know what dump we are talking about) and on returning this weekend - oh joy of joys - the bloody place has closed down. Now, I know in this day and age with pubs closing at a rate of four or five a week that the closure of a pub is not to be celebrated, nevertheless the world can only be a better place without shitholes like this! If anyone thinks "oh, you shouldn't think that because a pub is a pub and won't be replaced", may I just remind you that generally speaking we don't actually regret the demise of the likes of Hitler, Stalin and Pol Pot - equally we should not actually regret the passing of this hellhole.
