A little bit Ra-Ra-Ra for me. Very pretentious and always difficult to get a seat. Most of the bar staff also give off a 'Too cool for school vibe". Good selection of ales though.

Went to Morgan Arms last Sunday for lunch with my family. Warm welcome, very helpful staff and really good food. Place almost empty when we got there at 12.30 so "background" music seemed unnecessarily loud, but by the time we left around 3.00 the place was buzzing and the music easily drowned out by conversations. Nicely mixed clientele and the place is big enough to accommodate those just wanting a drink, those wanting to watch sport on TV and those wishing for a more "restaurant" style.

Do not be put off by earlier comments on here - ignore them as the place has clearly undergone a transformation.
