| This pub has improved immeasurably over the last few months - been done up but has retained key features. The Gents toilets are now clean and respectable (they were an absolute disgrace previously). The atmosphere in the place on Sat lunch was good - 2 real ales on GK IPA and Jennings Cumberland - I had the latter, it was good. Bartender advised that they may bring back pool table (good idea) and she presented me with a loyalty card - 8 pints and the 9th is free - reasonable deal.
