| Thank you mancunianlass, I was very aware of what pub I was in and it was not a good experiance. One thing I omitted from my posting was the uncomfortable encounter with the over made up landlady Lesley she flirted shamlessly with me ( I am no George Clooney) before she went to mop up the blood. | Re comments below about smelly bellys comments he/she is correct I was in that night and the fight was about football between two regulars Bert the window cleaner and john who take his son in there and yes there was blood everywhere. | I'd agree with that last comment. I've never seen any trouble at the Magnet, not since it changed to the best ale pub in Stockport 3 years ago. I very rarely give 10 out of 10 but that's what I've given Magnet. perhaps smellybelly has confussed the Magnet with the George opposite Debenhams juninhocrunch - 6 Feb 2013 10:45 |
