| Under new ownership, specialising in Pie Minister pies. Three or four hand-drawn ales available, albeit one was the widely-available and decidedly middling Greene King IPA. Two gardens and a conservatory. Locals are mostly Moslem, I would guess, so this tends to be a pub for office workers, though with lots of high rise residential blocks being built that may soon change. | I like the Dog and Truck. There are real people in here, some nice beer that's well looked after and the staff are very helpful. Jackie is great. The food was perfectly acceptable and reasonably priced. Jackie even managed to sort me cucumber sandwiches (without crusts) and sherry without laughing. You can't say better than that.
