| What a difference to the depressing Bull! Busy with lunchtime diners being looked after by three young ladies all smiling and welcoming. I wasn't eating but the food looked good and well-presented albeit a bit over the top pricewise. This is a Charles Wells pub with Youngs Bitter, Bombardier (I think) and Wells Wonderful Wallop which I have not previously come across but certainly lived up to its name. | Pleasant locals pub which was a fizz parlour for a few years but now does real ale - tried the Adnams bitter which was pretty good & the Youngs Special which wasn't bad either.
