| Probably the cheapest place to drink in the Heath. Decent atmosphere and good, quick staff. Seating out the front and rear. Can be crowded when footie or rugby is on. Never seems to be much trouble in there. Mattyh34 - 13 Jun 2012 09:26 |
| Got to agree with MSE12. I thought I was alone in thinking kids should be banned from pubs , but obviously not. Glasgowboy - 11 May 2010 08:25 |
| Very disappointed. Not disabled friendly at all. Steep steps to enter and no disabled facilities. When I asked if I could use the side entrance, was met with a firm no! elthamlass - 7 Apr 2010 15:00 |
| I'm not a huge fan of the O'Neills 'thing', however it's now the only pub in Blackheath that turns families with young kids away (not always but they were last weekend) and for that reason alone it gets my vote. I prefer real ale to lager....but can tolerate the Stella if it means I don't have to put up with screaming kids and their ridiculous parents who have no concern for other punters who just want to enjoy a few pints in a relatively peaceful and 'adult friendly' environment.
