| This ominous beast of a pub is best avoided. Mostly empty, the folk that do drink here never appear to be having a very good time of it, not during the week, at least – it could be a different matter come the weekend. One is not made to feel in any way welcome, and the lack of lighting out the front just adds to the sense of menace that pervades throughout. | I used to drink here everyday until i moved away from the area. The beer is well priced & the food is of excellent quality with a nice variety to choose from. Karaoke is a MUST here and if your lucky enough you will get to see the Manager - Martin singing "I predict a diet"!! Nothing but good times here, i miss it!! jase_75 - 14 Jul 2009 13:55 |
