The Berwick Inn, Berwick

Time to visit the Berwick again! After an appaling couple of years, the new landlords, Tony & Belinda, are really making an effort to give us our village pub back, with well kept ale (not Harveys unfortunately, as it's a Marstons pub) regular events including plenty of live music and a weekly quiz.

The Snowdrop, Lewes

good atmosphere on a Sunday pm. Fine Beer & Cider. Didn't have any food, but the diners seemed happy & the food looked good. 2 beer gardens, friendly staff & well kept real ale.

The John Harvey Tavern, Lewes

The Harveys was exactly as it should be, first class. Cider also very good. Excellent Sunday Roast. Children well catered for with half portions available of most dishes including blackboard specials. Staff very helpful & friendly. Too much Smoke in the bar means it gets a nine instead of a ten score.

The Marine, Eastbourne

what a find! excellent atmosphere, lots of families (we went on a sunday afternoon), the Harveys was very good (I think they had London Pride on as well), food looked good although we didn't eat, open fire, comfy chairs. definitely worth a visit.

The Berwick Inn, Berwick

Glad I visited for myself rather than take other reviewers word. The Ale (Harveys) was excellent and the food was good value. Good to see The Berwick on the up again.
