Imagine a picture postcard English village pub - this is it! Idyllic setting, excellent beer (range, variety and quality), good food. Legendary beer festivals. Probably my favourite pub, sha,me it's so far from Leeds.

Superb real ale outlet, top quality beer and fantastic range. Can't think of many better.

Increasingly popular pub; packed out on Christmas Eve. Good atmosphere, good beer. Would be great if beer changed to two regulars and two guests rather than 3 and 1.

The Alehouse, Reading
Quirky pub, wide range of clientele. Usually excellent beer and a quick turnover, so ever-changing range. The place to go in Reading.
