The Volunteer, Baker Street

Have been there the last two Wednesday nights after touch rugby in Regents Park. On both occasions the bar was understaffed and the staff were extremely rude and arrogant. Last night our food never turned up after an hour and a half and the arrogant women behing the bar tried to imply we had "stolen" our order number anyway....

To the b1thches behind the bar - IF YOU HATE PEOPLE SO MUCH DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Yates's, Leicester Square

Have been there a few times and it rocks most nights of the week. Reasonably priced beers considering the location and some top totty, however, unfavourable ratios if you are a guy because of this.

Essence Bar, Farringdon

Went there for the 2-4-1 cocktales last Friday and wont be going back. Long wait just to get to the bar, then another long wait while they prepare your cocktails of course. Staff also not good at making a mental note of who has been waiting the longest. Avoid, there are better bars in the area.

The Crown, Willesden

Went there on Easter Monday was good for a relaxing pint in the beer garden and then for a game of pool. Doesn't compare to the Cricklewood Crown though.

Shish, Willesden Green

A refreshing bar/restaurant located in a sh*thole (Willesden Green). Service was fast, food was great, washed the meal down with a few cocktails in the upstairs bar while reclining on the couches. Will be back.

The Green, Willesden Green

Attracted by the beer garden, went there on Sunday for some food and a pint only to be served by an ignorant/incompetent waitress and only to find out that the kitchen had just closed between 5 and 6.30pm. Noticed also that they kept farqing up the food orders of the other customers. Had a pint and promptly left......

The Crescent, Mornington Crescent

Great place for a few before a mash-up across the road at the Camden Palace (or Koko as it is known these days).

The Fox, West Kensington

Bloody great for watching sport, watched the 6 Nations final there on Saturday, heaps of TVs and screens. Much better than the 3 Kings, they can keep that annoying fu*cker on the microphone......

The Porterhouse, Covent Garden

Went there last night for St Patricks day and the place was going orf. There was one bartender who was a dickhead, apart from that the others were efficient. Will be back.

The Crown, Cricklewood

Good place for a few quiets during the week but unfortunately fills up with loads of seedy Eastern European guys harassing the ladies on the weekends.....

The Podium, Moorgate

Good place for a relaxing pint on a Friday night after work before moving on somewhere else. Sky sport and plenty of screens.

Henry's Cafe Bar, Covent Garden

Would have to disagree with the previous comment go there quite regularly on Thursday evenings and the place is always full of top totty.

The Gallery, West Hampstead

I found this place very average relative to its reputation. Went there on a Friday night recently and the place was overcrowded and the staff were so up themselves they were insideout - if you dont like being nice to people simply dont work in the service industry!!!

Cane, West Hampstead

Whats happened to this place? It used to be pretty cool. Went there for the first time in about 3 years on a saturday night 2 weeks ago and there was hardly anyone there and the obnoxious chick behind the bar told me to bring cash next time even though there's absolutely no need to as there's a switch card machine there ....This place used to heave and the staff used to be nice too ......
