Hare & Hounds, Ramsbottom

I hadn't been in years but called in one Saturday afternoon and what a change. Beer choice was great and well kept, didn't try the food but I'll take the wife. If she thinks we're going for a meal she won't think I'm just interested in the ale.

The Shoulder Of Mutton, Holcombe

Got to admit haven't eaten here for years but it has had a major refurb so I'll look in soon. Beer's well kept but was very quiet and girl behind the bar left as soon as she'd served my pint leaving me stood at the bar all on my own. Didn't stay for another pint.

The Bay Horse, Masham

Well kept beer, roaring fire. Top pub. Rabbit pie was a winner as well.

The Robin Hood Inn, Helmshore

Real ale, real fire. Nice welcoming pub with a good jukebox. 4 Copper Dragon beers and a local guest beer.
