menu far to upmarket for pub, french chef on god knows what wages not needed

well much improvement

housekeeping 9/10
ambience 7/10
much improvement made lots of effort for christmas, even now a kitchen
well worth a visit
needs to be advertised more as in a back street where locals are spoilt for choice, if not it will not make it like many more pubs like this, with no fault of the management
2012 will be survival of the fitest

just had a refit so this is what brought me back into the area for reviews, toilets still dirty staff rude, certain amount of drug elements
needs a full time bar supervisr to run bar like a pub, if it looses its commitment to its locals it could find its self in a battle to keep lodge open

same as my last visit manager on site been there to long and has gone stale needs to be moved on
bar staff unfriendly and would rather talk with each other than serve customers
toilets have had wet floor sign for at least four years you would think they would have sorted it by now
shame could be good pub but like many in twickenham survives and does not get noticed by fullers directors due to rugby

The change in staff has gone down hill and very unfriendly now
typical fullers pub no sign of the management around, they can do there staff rotor sheets and there health and safety checks and hope the staff take the tasks to hand but, this is still a peoples business!!!

being local to this pub i am disapointed that they put no hard work into the bar which is filthy, the staff has no enthusiasm, and care less about the custom they have. There is never any sign of the management team, to counter act these problems and as for the general manager who is he i have heard of people using this pub for three years and have never seen him
A more detailed review has been sent to there head office
