Went in again Thurs. 12th wonderful meal, potato skins, salad,cheese & chive dip, would still reccomend it to anyone, beer in great nick, can,t fault it, but mind the chilli unless You have an asbestos mouth

Went in today at 11=55 one punter in, 12=01 2 dozen for food, You wont go out feeling hungry, smashing range of food, caters for all palates, beware the Chilli, staff very friendly and helpful I would reccomend it to anyone

Ifind this pub quite good for enterainment pool/sky/quizzes but the landlords dont seem to stay all that long, maybe thats down to the owner who comes across as not the nicest bloke I,ve ever met however I still call in when I,m in town, try it

It,s quite a nice pub,friendly staff and good for watching sport (if Your,e a soccer fan)

Lovely grub brill. selection of beers hard to fault it, been in 7 times now will always call in when in York.

We called in again today, met Ian & Liv found them both friendly & welcoming, mind You it does help if You are a Rangers supporter (which I am) it is refreshing to be able to talk to someone who is not bound by political correctness and if You are offended by Britishness (and Norwegians) nobody is forcing You to go in.I really find it refreshing in todays political climate. Cheers

The Golden Last, Scarborough
Brilliant if You are a Rangers supporter (which in My view is only sensible), beer cheap, atmosphere very good landlord/lady super people, all round a must pub to visit while in Scarborough
