Ship Hotel, Flamborough

.addendum to our last post! We actually left all of our steaks which were the consistency of leather..... never had worse! Avoid!

The King and Castle, Kidderminster

Beer still very good across the range and well chosen. Unfortunately getting cliquey when quiet..... Can be very lively during SVR events which is good. Look out for 'Anne & Stan' (+ hangers on) on a Saturday lunchtime!

Ship Hotel, Flamborough

Went here recently when freezing cold and the pub was cosy, friendly, warm and served GOOD BEER.... Real ale well kept plus good wholesome, reasonable food. Nice area to visit.

The King and Castle, Kidderminster

Amazed that this place has been missed. Friendly, lively with good selection of real ales, generally kept well. Food is plain but well worth it and the staff friendly and helpful. No nasty machines and disractions and right on the Southern end of the steam railway. Excellent!

The Bell, Pensax

Another great real ale pub - one of the best of it's kind. Warm, friendly and excellent, well-kept beer. Good, no nonesense food and great atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

The Dragon Inn, Worcester

I have recently moved to Worcester and the Dragon is my local. The place if comfortable, friendly and sells a large selection of excellent real ales. The beer is always very well kept (I've been going 4 weeks now) and a good temperature. Their cider is good too although I'm not a connoisseur! Staff are friendly and helpful despite one comment on the site! Will try the grub soon and take a pic. Well worth a visit!
