Great pub. Excellent range of well kept ales. The nautical memorabelia is most interesting as is the bar top railway. Roger the landlord really is mine jovial host. Not to be missed,

Stayed in Twyford for a few days last week and found the Phoenix by accident. The landlord Paul greeted us like regulars. Good choice of ales and all served in top condition. Excellent menu, generous portions and very reasonably priced. If you are lookin for a first class pub in the Twyford area look no further than The Phoenix.

The Three Kings Inn, Hanley Castle
A little gem this one. Not to be missed if you like "proper pubs". Ales are top notch and well served.
