The Clock Inn, Bickenhill

This pub has been closed to make way for the Birmingham airport runway extension.
Such a shame another pub has bitten the dust. I used to use it regularly when I was working at the airport for a quick pint after work.It wasn't the best pub I'd ever been in as the service was slow and the interior was a little run down and neglected.
With all that said I'm sorry to see the place go.

The Canalside Cafe, Birmingham

I used to frequent this establishment regularly. It was a nice cosy place with decent beer and food at a reasonable price. Having said that the attitude of the staff left a lot to be desired. When the level of rude, unwelcoming behaviour from the staff became unbearable I moved on. Such a shame a place like this is ruined by the staff.
