George III Hotel, Penmaenpool

Wonderful pub! Visited three times on a week's holiday.The views and the building make this a wonderful location for a relaxing drink.Ate here and was really pleased with the quality of the food.Good quality local beers available.There are two bars selling different ales!
This is without doubt a special hostelry and one of the best in the area.The staff are wonderful and offer excellent service.Really friendly and helpful.

The Cross Keys Inn, Dolgellau

Really great traditional pub.The local beer was much appreciated, Snowdonia Ale at just the right temperature for a hot summer's day.Landlord and landlady really friendly and welcoming.Dog and tourist friendly pub.This was our firm favourite of the local pubs.Torrent Walk came a close second and has a wider range of beer and real cider.The cask beer was just a bit too warm here for our tastes.
