The Bristol Bar, Brighton

In April 2011 my partner and I bought the Bristol Bar because we always felt it should be so much better than it was. Having spent a lot of time, money and enthusiasm on the place I can safely say it is now the fabulous bar it should always have been. A new menu is being introduced featuring home cooked pub food, great wines and beers along with professional staff make the bar a great place to spend some time as a regular or just when visiting Brighton.
