Whyte Harte Hotel, Bletchingley

While the interior is nice and warmly decorated, the food was not of a quality I would return for,
a little on the expensive side also,
32.50 for 2 cokes, 2 burgers and a nacho's
Nacho's:
Very hot plate with overly deep fried tortilla chips served with luke warm chilli and melted cheese.
Burger's:
The burger itself was very tasty but served on a dry bun with no hint of a salad or mayo
the 'side salad' a dolop of warm homemade coleslaw on a brown lettuce leaf.
The fries tasted as if they had been fried in last weeks fish oil and as a result I ate only 1.

Friendly staff, crap food, nice interior,
a bar thats been round since 1388 should have managed to get it right before now but sadly i feel that this will never be the case
