The Up'n'Under, Twickenham
Lived here for years and likied this place when it was Hogshead. Looked a bit strange when they bought lots of old carpets and candles and turned it into a Gothic Dungeon some time ago (while still called Up and Under'...? but it was still Ok maltho not a local of mine really.
Last week I got caught in the rain so went in and looked for a pint of bitter. None. No bitter any more. I decided to run for it to the Clubhouse.
This pub just never seems to know what it wants to be. It has a rugby name but inside has no connection to that game. Strange one. I'll try it again next year. If it rains when I'm passing.
