The Three Stags, Lambeth

The WORST service I have ever received from a pub in London. Even the "spit and sawdust" pubs know how to treat their clientele properly. The menu screams "We want to attract moneyed customers who are serious about their food". The manner in which my party was treated suggested otherwise - no knowledge about the wines on offer and a scoff at the two females in the group who ordered Becks's Vier. We didn't even hang around to find out what their �50 steak was like.
Tourists - I wouldn't bother with this place - get yourself into town where they are at least reasonably happy to have you dine and drink in their establishment.
