The Pall Tavern, Yeovil

went back to this pub after having moved away. Got a warm welcome. Standard has been maintained. Moira and Geoff are very friendly and make everyone welcome whether you are a regular or just passing through. Sunday lunches to die for and all home cooked. If youa re in Yeovil visit this pub as you will not be disapointed.

The Angel, Soho

Glad Martin the Artist still drinks there. Wonder if the lovely Dick Fiddy does too? Great location and building and even the miserable bar man is ok I reckon as he is a character that makes the place what it is. Spent many a lunchtime and evening in this place when I worked accross the road. A hidden gem.

The Pall Tavern, Yeovil

A friendly local pub in the middle of town. Moira and Geoff are very good landlords who also let out clean, decent rooms with a wonderful cooked breakfast. A collection of garrulous locals make this pub a little gem for chatting over a good pint of ale. Not for the young and trendy crowd who want loud music. Ade the barmanager is brilliant.
